Warren Wang
President
Warren Wang is the President and founder of Eastern Lighting, Inc. Warren emigrated from Taiwan to the United States as a teenager and graduated high school in Brooklyn, NY. He later attended the University of Rochester where he graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Upon graduation he moved to Houston Texas and began working for a chemical company. It was then Warren decided to start his own lighting business. He began by focusing on the lighting needs of independently owned retail businesses in the Houston area. Before long he was working almost exclusively with jewelry stores and pawn shops. The business also began to expand geographically as Warren started attending jewelry shows and pawnbroker conventions. Warren has grown Eastern Lighting, Inc into a company that serves the jewelry industry from coast to coast, as well as overseas. Warren is married to his wife Amy and has three children; Joshua, Sarah, and Matthew.
Brent Neal
Sales and Marketing Manager
Brent Neal is a lighting consultant with Eastern Lighting, Inc. based in Stafford Texas. Brent has been with Eastern Lighting for 12 years. In that time he has been involved in the product development of new LED lighting systems for applications in retail jewelry stores. He has worked with a variety of jewelry stores ranging from small boutiques to large 8 figure independent stores. Earlier this year, Brent gave a seminar on lighting for jewelry at the AGS Conclave in Miami. Before joining Eastern Lighting, Brent worked in the financial services industry for ten years. Prior to that, Brent served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, then, earned a BA in International Studies from Texas State University. Brent lives in Sugar Land Texas with his wife Rebecca and two daughters; Emily and Hannah.
Tonya Dedeaux
Office Manager/Sales Assistant
Tonya Dedeaux is the Office Manager/Sales Assistant at Eastern Lighting. She was born in Pass Christian, MS. She’s lived in Richmond, TX, for 5 years. Tonya began her career at Eastern Lighting in 2013. Her roles are accounting, order processing, account records and customer service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters.
Vlad Shilnikov
Lighting Technician/Inventory control specialist
Vlad is an experienced technician. Vlad began his career at Eastern Lighting team in April 2016.
